As someone who is deeply passionate about public healthcare and advocacy, I firmly believe that programs that represent different values, characteristics, beliefs, and behaviors are essential for creating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for all. In order to achieve this goal, it is crucial to prevent and mitigate violence around the globe. As a leader, I hold certain values that guide my actions and decisions. These values include diverse perspectives, collaboration, integrity, loyalty, and creativity. By valuing diverse perspectives, I recognize the uniqueness of all humanity and believe that differences in color, ethnic background, religious practice, and geographical location are not problems, but rather assets of the organization. Inclusion of diverse populations in workforce roles helps to recognize individual differences as the rational value or asset of the organization. Collaboration is another important value that I hold dear. I believe that utilizing human intellectual resources properly is crucial for achieving organizational goals. Unique talent and skills are gifted to individuals that the other person lacks, regardless of their intellectual skills. Therefore, it is essential to collaborate everyone’s talent as resources that could be educational, economical, spiritual, financial, or other, should be segregated and utilized for the organizational goal. Integrity is also a key value that I hold dear. Integration is the inclusion of new ideas and resources and creating unilateral cooperation or organization that will serve on goal. It is collecting different organizations that work for a similar purpose, such as healthcare organizations, and creating one unique corporate organization to benefit the larger community. Loyalty is another important value that I believe in. It is the trust of one skill, ability to do things, and serving with fatefulness without focusing on individual benefits. By coordinating a diverse community structure, I will create trust among the groups and support with technologies and education to prevent misdemeanors that could happen in the work environment. Finally, creativity is a value that I believe is essential for building a community with technological advancement. I will motivate all my teams and organizational structures to bring new ideas and implement a way it will not affect the administrative operation. Through these values, I aim to create a diverse and inclusive workforce that utilizes everyone's unique talents and skills to achieve organizational goals. By promoting trust, education, and technological advancements, I strive to prevent misdemeanors in the work environment and promote a creative and innovative community.
